Unwind and relax your mind, body and soul on this nourishing Daylesford Wellness Retreat, hosted by Casey from Melbourne Reiki and Wellness. Participate in yoga and meditation classes, immerse yourself in the natural surrounds, and enjoy a beautiful Reiki healing. Casey will also be running a ‘Manifesting Your Desires’ workshop, and there will be plenty of downtime for you to enjoy the peacefulness that comes with this stunning location.

Your Location

Our home for this gorgeous weekend away is a beautiful Daylesford property, only 90 minutes drive from Melbourne CBD, set on 20 acres of natural, botanical gardens. You can take a stroll around the private lake, watch the ducks and swans, and enjoy the fresh country air.

The property itself is a stunning 2-storey house, with plenty of space to spread out, curl up with a good book from the library, or even play a game of pool. There are 2 sun-filled balconies, as well as gorgeous high ceilings that create an atmosphere of natural light and spaciousness.

Room #1: Grand Master Room

A beautiful spacious master bedroom with a king bed. Wake up to gorgeous views across the gardens, and includes a private en suite all to yourselves.

$1650 per person (couple) or $2400 (single).

King bed or 2 single beds. A pretty room, with an exquisite view looking out across the manicured gardens. Complete with a huge wardrobe, and antique type writer! Shared bathroom and separate toilet with the Daylesford Room.

Room #3: Daylesford Room

King bed or 2 single beds. A light and bright room, with views over the extensive gardens. Share with your partner or a friend, and enjoy deep restful sleep surrounded by nature. Shared bathroom and separate toilet with the Coomoora Room.

Room #4: Garden Suite

An entire separate wing all to yourselves! The bedroom includes a king bed or 2 singles. This wing encompasses a beautiful dining area with high ceilings and a gorgeous piano dining table. The living room includes 2 couches (that can also be turned into single beds), a kitchenette, and a private TV. You also have private access to the front sun-drenched balcony, and a private en suite all to yourselves completes this wing.

$1750 per person

Itinerary

Friday 3rd September

4.30pm: Arrive at a leisurely pace on Friday afternoon. You’ll be greeted by Casey, shown to your room, and have some down time to unpack and unwind. Complimentary tea, fruit and snacks will be provided. This is your time to relax, let go of the week, and enjoy this beautiful property!

6.00pm: Welcome introduction, and meditation class

7.00pm: A delicious welcome dinner will be provided, and a chance to connect with your fellow retreat participants and your host!

Friday 4th September

7.00-8.00am: A grounding yoga class to start the day! Get reconnected with your body and your breath, so that you move with more ease and flow. No experience necessary, and everyone is welcome.

8.30am: Healthy, nourishing breakfast is provided.

9.30am: Workshop ‘Manifesting Your Desires’. Learn how to manifest your desires in this 90-minute workshop. The Universe is abundant, but sometimes we get scared when things don’t seem to be going the way we want. In this workshop, learn the art of manifesting by aligning your thoughts, feelings and actions to create the results you desire.

12.15pm: Lunchtime!

1.30-4.00pm: Reiki Healing / FREE TIME
Enjoy a beautiful Reiki Healing (you will be given your individual schedule on arrival)

3.00pm: Afternoon tea is served!

5.00pm: Participate in a calming meditation class, followed by a guided yoga nidra. Yoga nidra is gentle, relaxing and designed for you to fully let go of all your stressors!

7.00pm: Enjoy a delicious, healthy dinner with your fellow retreaters!

Sunday 5th September

7.00-8.00am: Start the day with a revitalising yoga class, designed to wake up your body, clear your mind, and ground your energy into the present moment.

8.30am: Enjoy a scrumptious breakfast outside on the deck (weather dependent of course!)

9.30am: We will take a short 9-minute drive to the nearby gorgeous Daylesford Lake. Casey will guide you on a gentle walk around the lake (40 minutes), with an opportunity to taste the natural spring water, and plenty of time to soak up and enjoy the fresh Daylesford vibe.

12.15pm: A fresh, delicious lunch will be ready and waiting for us back at the house!

1.30-4.00pm: Reiki Healing / FREE TIME
Enjoy a beautiful Reiki Healing (you will be given your individual schedule on arrival)

3.00pm: Afternoon tea is served!

5.00pm: Participate in a grounding meditation class, followed by a guided yoga nidra. You may even fall asleep!

7.00pm: Our last delicious dinner of the weekend!

Sunday 6th September

7.00-8.00am: The best way to start the day is with a gentle yoga class to round off this incredible weekend.

8.30am: Breakfast is served!

9.30am: Take a short stroll out around our private lake, and participate in a beautiful guided meditation to close off our weekend.

11.00am: Check out, and say goodbye! You’ll also leave with a delicious take home snack to keep your energy up on the way home.

Your Host

Hi, I’m Casey and I’ll be your host for the duration of this Wellness Retreat! I’m so passionate about health and wellbeing of the body, mind and soul, and believe true health encompasses all three.

Movement was my first love. Dancing was my original passion, and I first started practicing yoga to help with my dance training. Once I discovered yoga however, there was no turning back! I’ve now been teaching yoga all around Melbourne for almost 10 years.

I studied HR and Psychology at University, and have been fascinated by how the mind works for a long time. After 6 years in corporate HR, I studied a Dip. Life Coaching and NLP. Coaching is an incredible tool for helping us uncover limiting beliefs, and get to the heart of why we do what we do.

I had my first energy healing when I was 19 years old, and still remember the after-effects of calm and peacefulness. Since then, I have healed many very serious health issues through energy healing, and still to this day it amazes me just how powerful it can be!

I’m really looking forward to spending some quality time with you on this Retreat. You will not only have the opportunity to connect with each other and myself, but also to dive deeper into the connection of your own inner Self. You will leave with a clear mind, a rested body, and a happy soul!

No, you don’t need any prior yoga experience to participate in any of the yoga or meditation classes! These classes will cater towards all levels and experience and everyone is welcome.

All activities are open to everyone, however, you can participate in as many or as few activities as you like! This retreat is for YOU, and I urge you to listen to your body and intuition. If you prefer to sleep in one morning, that is completely fine! If you choose to skip the workshop, that is also fine. You can pick and choose the activities that are suited to you, and spend the rest of the time as your leisure.

If you are managing an injury or other health problems, you are still more than welcome to come along on the retreat! You don’t need to participate in all the classes and activities if they don’t suit you. If the injury or health-related problem is serious, however, please contact Casey here to make sure this retreat is right for you.

We can cater to your dietary requirements. Please let Casey know your dietary requirements here once you have booked, so we can plan ahead and ensure all meals are suitable for you.

This retreat is for anyone and everyone, no matter what your experience with yoga, meditation, or Reiki healing. If you would like a restful, healthy and nourishing weekend away with like-minded people, I would encourage you to book in and treat yourself. You deserve it!
