Feeling flat and tired?

I know you’re probably feeling flat, tired and disheartened right now. With the stage 4 restrictions coming into force this week, many people are feeling exhausted, fearful, frustrated, sad, and confused. We have spent so much time at home this year already! The thought of another 6 weeks in strict lockdown can exhaust even the strongest of us.

Time to break that downward cycle

We may start to feel more tired and lethargic, unmotivated and uninspired. We might feel more run down, and are more likely to get sick. When our energy is low, we find it harder to get out of bed. There is a higher risk of depression, anxiety, stress and worry. If we get stuck in this downward cycle, it can be very challenging to pull ourselves out of it.

The good news is that Reiki healing can help! I am still offering Distant Reiki healing sessions, which can be done from the comfort of your own home. Reiki is energy, and can it be felt, experienced and directed anywhere at any time. Reiki energy is not bound by time or space, so you don’t necessarily have to be in the room with a practitioner. It will still flow and work just as well whether you are here in person or somewhere else.

Distant Reiki is so beneficial!

I know many of you prefer to receive a Reiki healing in person. I agree that it’s lovely to feel the touch of the practitioners hands, or feel the relaxing energy of the Reiki room. However, Distant Reiki healing is just as valuable and effective, even without the human touch element. In this current climate, don’t let the lack of contact deter you from taking care of your emotional, mental and physical needs.

Self care and self nourishment is vital

This is the time for more self-care, self-nourishment and self-love. Your mental, emotional and physical health is the MOST IMPORTANT thing – if you’re not feeling good in your mind or body, it makes it very difficult to be productive at work, be present with your family and kids, be loving in your relationships, and be content within yourself.
