Barre classes combine yoga, pilates and ballet movements into a fun, action-packed fitness class! My classes are tough but addictive, and you’ll surely discover new muscles you may not have known you had before!
Classes are open to all levels, and everyone is welcome! If you are working with an injury, are pregnant, or have other concerns, please contact me to ensure the class will be suitable for you.
PROPS: Chair, yoga mat, and a set of 1kg weights (or something similar)
WEAR: Comfortable tracksuit pants or leggings and t-shirt, bare feet
