I teach vinyasa style yoga classes. Classes are dynamic, intelligently sequenced, and focused on combining breath and movement. It’s through this movement and connection of the body and mind that we can create a moving meditative practice.

Classes are open to all levels, however if you’re a beginner, I would recommend starting with some short classes on YouTube (link below). If you are working with an injury, are pregnant, or have other concerns, please contact me to ensure the class will be suitable for you.

PROPS: Yoga mat

WEAR: Comfortable tracksuit pants or leggings and t-shirt, bare feet

Barre classes combine yoga, pilates and ballet movements into a fun, action-packed fitness class! My classes are tough but addictive, and you’ll surely discover new muscles you may not have known you had before!
