What is life coaching?
Life coaching can help you train your mind to become clearer, more effective, and take back your power. Just like athletes train with a coach to improve their athletic performance, I will support you to shift your perspective, see yourself in a more positive light, and help you to build up your confidence and self esteem again.
Stress, anxiety, and lacking in confidence
If these feelings are familiar to you, know that you’re not alone. Many of my coaching clients come to me for support in reducing their anxiety and negative self-talk, and finding a way to accept and love themselves again. Perhaps you’ve been through a significant life event or trauma that has knocked your confidence. Perhaps you find yourself repeating patterns of dating toxic partners who make you feel less-than or unworthy of love and acceptance. Whatever experiences you have been through, I am here to help you work through your emotions, and release blockages that are holding you back.
Who is life coaching for?
I am a strong believer in that everyone needs support at one time or another! It takes courage and bravery to dive into your painful emotions. It also takes vulnerability and strength to unpack those limiting beliefs that are preventing you from moving forward. If you’re going through relationship struggles, feeling stuck or lost in life, battling anxiety, depression or overwhelm, and just can’t seem to get ahead, coaching is for you.
Why coaching at Melbourne Reiki and Wellness?
I am a Reiki healer, yoga teacher and life coach. I’ve not only studied coaching and psychology, but have had many years of experience coaching, mentoring and teaching people from all areas of life. As an empath, I can understand, feel, and connect with you on the deepest level. There is never any judgement, and will consciously hold a safe space for you to talk openly. All conversations are highly confidential, and you can feel safe in expressing yourself fully.
