Drug And Alcohol Policy

At Melbourne Reiki and Wellness, we are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and healing environment for everyone.

Sober and clear-headed requirement
We do not accept clients who arrive to our premises under the influence of drugs or alcohol for 1:1 Reiki healing sessions, mindset coaching sessions, workshops, or Reiki Courses. This is for both your safety and ours, as well as the integrity of the work.

Substances that remain in the system
Please note: many substances (including cocaine, MDMA, methamphetamines, ketamine, cannabis, psychedelics, and other recreational drugs) can remain in your system for up to 72 hours. If you have taken drugs within the past 3 days, your session, workshop, or Reiki Course will be cancelled.

Payment required, no refund policy

  • If you arrive under the influence of drugs or alcohol for a 1:1 Reiki healing, Reiki + Coaching, Reiki + Tarot or any other 1:1 session, you will be asked to leave, and still be required to pay the full session fee (100%).
  • If you arrive under the influence of drugs or alcohol for a workshop or Reiki Course, you will forfeit your place and no refund will be given.

Drug and alcohol Support
If you require support with drug or alcohol use, we recommend making an appointment with your GP for a referral to a counsellor, psychologist, or specialist support group.
