We do not accept clients who arrive to our premises whilst under the influence of drugs or alcohol for 1:1 Reiki healing sessions, mindset coaching sessions, workshops, or Reiki Courses. This is both for the safety of our workers and contractors, but also for the safety of our clients.
If you arrive for your session, workshop, or Reiki Course under the influence of alcohol or drugs, you will be asked to leave. You will be given the opportunity to reschedule your appointment for another day when you can arrive without being under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Payment required, no refund policy
If you arrive under the influence of drugs or alcohol for a 1:1 Reiki healing or mindset coaching session, you will still be required to pay for the session (100% of the session fee).
If you arrive under the influence of drugs or alcohol for a workshop or Reiki Course, you will forfeit any payment for that Course (no refunds will be given).
Drug and Alcohol Support
If you require drug or alcohol support, we recommend you make an appointment with your GP for a referral to an appropriate counsellor, psychologist, or specialist support group.
