Every Reiki & Energy Alchemy session is intuitively tailored to you.
We begin with a relaxed conversation to set your focus and intention, exploring any emotions, challenges, or goals you’d like support with. Casey gently guides you to clarify what you’re ready to shift, offering intuitive insight and practical tools along the way.
You’ll then relax fully clothed on the Reiki table, resting under a soft blanket with meditative music and the gentle warmth of the InfraBed — an infrared crystal bed filled with premium amethyst crystals to amplify energy and promote deep relaxation.
As Casey channels Reiki, Seichim & light language, she may also receive intuitive messages or spiritual guidance, which are shared afterwards in a grounded, easy-to-understand way. Each session is a co-creation — an alchemy of energy, intuition, and coaching designed to bring you home to yourself.

For all Initial Reiki & Energy Alchemy sessions (in person), you’ll also receive a personal Crystal Chakra Set, activated and aligned to your energy in session, that you can take home afterwards (and bring back to follow up sessions).
