If The Sovereign Self is cancelled by the attendee for any reason more than 7 days prior to the program commencement date, a full refund of any program fees paid will be given, less a $50 administration fee. If cancellation by the attendee occurs within 7 days of the program commencement date, or after the program has commenced, program fees are non-refundable. If the attendee has selected a payment plan, enrolment is a commitment to the full program fee. In the event that the attendee cancels within 7 days of the program commencement date, withdraws from the program after it has commenced, or chooses not to attend some or all of the live sessions, any remaining instalments will continue to be payable in accordance with the agreed payment schedule. Missed live sessions are not eligible for partial refunds, credits, or reductions to the program fee. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and exceptional circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Melbourne Reiki and Wellness.
