At the close of Day 5, Casey shares how to go deeper with your Reiki practice. Whether that means booking a 1:1 session, starting a Reiki training course or continuing in your own daily practice, she’ll guide you to the right next step.

No. This course is designed for complete beginners. It starts from the very basics and requires nothing from you except an open mind.
Distant Reiki is a form of energy healing that does not require physical presence. Casey channels Reiki energy to you remotely at the close of each lesson. Many people feel sensations of warmth, calm or tingling during the session. Others simply notice they sleep more deeply that night. Either way, the energy moves.
Around 15 to 20 minutes per day, including the meditation and Distant Reiki healing.
