Awakening the divine feminine with Seichim Reiki
When I was first met a healer back in March 2022, I did not know that would be the start of awakening the divine feminine with Seichim Reiki. I had never even heard of Seichim before! I received Reiki with this very powerful healer, and she told me many things about myself that would later unfold in real life. One of those things was that I needed to start working with my left hand (the feminine). She also gave me a powerful invocation to Goddess Sekhmet, the Egyptian goddess of the sun, war, and healing.
Something inside me was stirring
Something about it resonated deep within me — I didn’t understand why, but I felt it in my bones. I began using that invocation daily during Reiki sessions and self-healing. I had no idea this moment would be a turning point in my spiritual life — one that would awaken my divine feminine energy and completely transform how I relate to power, rest, and intuition.
What is Seichim Reiki?
Also known as Sekhem Reiki, Seichim (pronounced Saysheem) comes from the Egyptian word Sekhem, meaning “The Power of Powers.” It is a multidimensional healing system that channels the living light energy of the universe — not only through the body but through the heart, the divine feminine, and the soul.
While traditional Usui Reiki focuses on balance, grounding, and harmony, Seichim Reiki expands into the realm of creation and divine connection. It is deeply linked to Goddess Sekhmet, one of the oldest and most powerful deities in Egyptian mythology. She is known as the fierce solar goddess of healing, transformation, and life force.
Sekhmet’s fire
Sekhmet’s name literally means flame, and her energy embodies that fiery aspect of the feminine — the fierce protector, the healer, the destroyer of illusion. To me, Seichim Reiki represents that flame within us all — the creative power that burns through fear, awakens our intuition, and reminds us of who we truly are.
My journey with Seichim Reiki
After that healing in Daylesford, my life was never the same. My kundalini energy began to stir, my psychic senses expanded. I began seeing visions, receiving downloads, and connecting with star beings and light language. It was wild, raw, and profoundly humbling.
Around the same time, I felt called so strongly to learn Seichim Reiki. I didn’t fully understand why — I just knew I had to. Once I began my Seichim Reiki training, everything clicked. I realised Seichim was the missing piece that helped me bridge the mystical with the practical — my human experience with my divine essence.
Awakening the divine feminine energy with Seichim Reiki
Over the next two years, Seichim completely reshaped my inner world. My divine feminine energy began to unfurl. I started to recognise how much of my life I’d been living in my masculine — always doing, striving, achieving, pushing through exhaustion, afraid to stop and receive. Like so many of us, I’d learned that safety came from control and productivity.
But Seichim whispered something softer. It reminded me that my power doesn’t come from force — it comes from flow. That rest isn’t laziness — it’s receptivity. And that intuition isn’t vague and wishy washy…it’s truth moving dropping in from your higher self.
Understanding the divine feminine
The divine feminine isn’t about gender, clothing, or appearance — it’s an energetic frequency. Every single person, regardless of gender, holds both masculine and feminine energies within them. The masculine builds, protects, and gives form. The feminine feels, receives, and creates. We need both — but many of us have learned to suppress the feminine out of fear of being seen as weak, emotional, or “too much.”
Through Seichim Reiki, I learned that feminine energy is the pulse of life itself. It’s Mother Earth, and intuition. It’s creativity, emotion, sensuality, and connection to the unseen. It’s that quiet whisper that says, “You can rest. You can trust. You can soften and still be powerful.”
For me, Seichim Reiki became the sacred doorway back to that truth.
A journey home to yourself
I’ve come to see that Sekhmet Reiki is so much more than a healing modality — it’s an initiation. An activation of remembrance. A return home to your heart and soul.
Through Seichim, I reconnected to visions of Africa — my childhood fascination with the desert, the sun, the land, and the wild animals. When I travelled to Namibia in my early twenties, I felt a strange but powerful thought the moment I arrived: “I’m home.” That same feeling came flooding back when I began working with Seichim. It was like an ancient part of my soul had been reawakened.
This work is not light and fluffy — it’s transformational. It’s fiery, healing, and magnetic. It calls you deeper into yourself, into your power, and into your divine essence.

Seichim Reiki has taught me that awakening the divine feminine isn’t about becoming softer or more delicate — it’s about becoming whole. It’s about integrating all parts of yourself — the light and the shadow, the creator and the destroyer, the gentle and the fierce.
And when you allow that energy to flow through you, your life begins to align in ways you could never plan or force. You become magnetic. Aligned. And alive.
