Our goal is to provide the highest quality Reiki Courses to all our attendees. As such, there are limited spots available in each course.
You can pay in full OR pay a 50% deposit via our website to reserve your spot, with the balance due at least 7 days prior to the start of the Course. If you pay the deposit, you will receive an invoice for the balance due 7 days before the Course starts. If booking into a Course within 7 days of the start date, payment upfront in full is due.
If a Reiki course is cancelled by the attendee for any reason up to 7 days prior to the course date, course fees may be transferable to a friend for the same course date, or a full refund given, less a $25 administration fee.
If cancellation occurs within 7 days of the course date for any reason (excluding COVID-19 or Flu related reasons), course fees are non-refundable.
If a course is cancelled by us due to COVID-19 or Flu, the course will be rescheduled to another date. If you cannot attend this new date for any reason, you will be given the option of attending another future course date, or receiving a full refund of your course fee.
In the event of cancellation by the attendee due to a Covid-related reason or Flu, you will be required to book into a course on a future date, or put the money towards Reiki healing sessions or other services offered by Melbourne Reiki and Wellness. Course fees are non-refundable.
