Reiki + Coaching

Reiki + Coaching with Casey is transformative and enlightening in every way. We will begin with a coaching discussion to establish the focus and intention of the session.

You will have a chance to talk with Casey through the struggles you might be experiencing in life, and what you’re hoping to achieve through Reiki. We can also talk about growth opportunities and goals. Casey will give you practical tools and strategies to support you through whatever might come up for you.

You will then experience a full body Reiki energy healing. You’ll lie on the Reiki table fully clothed, with a blanket and an eye mask over your eyes. Casey will then channel Reiki energy to you, and you may feel her hands resting on or just above your body.

During the Reiki session, Casey will channel or intuit information, which she will share with you at the end.

As a special extra, we also use an InfraBed crystal thermal energy bed. This is an infrared bed, heated roughly to 40deg, slightly warmer than your body temperature. The best part is that this bed is filled with first quality amethyst crystals! Crystals amplify energy, and so this bed is not only healing and relaxing, but the amethyst crystals help to amplify your Reiki healing to the next level.

Afterwards, we will debrief about your experience. You will get the chance to share what you felt, and Casey will give you insight into what came through both physically and intuitively during your Reiki session. Please note: if you prefer not to have the infrared bed on, simply ask Casey to turn it off at the start of your session.

What is included in the Reiki + Coaching session?

Every session is unique and tailored to you. Casey has been practicing Reiki and other deep energy work for many years, and her Reiki + Coaching sessions can include:

• Mindset coaching to help you through your emotions, thoughts & life’s challenges
• Practical tools and strategies for you to use at home
• Spiritual guidance and intuitive insight into whatever issue you are facing
• Combination of Usui Reiki and Seichim Reiki to raise your vibration and shift your frequency to a higher state!
• If required, Casey can cut cords, remove entity attachments, hooks, vortexes and portals, remove spells/curses/hexes, remove negative spiritual influences, clear evil eye negative energy, remove spiritual entanglements, and clear psychic attacks. 
• Rebalance your body and your chakra centres, and flood your body with divine light and unconditional love.
• Strengthen and heal your aura / energy field (important for protecting your energy!)
• Place energetic and spiritual protection over you for your best and highest good.
• Use of light language to deepen the healing work.
• If required, psychic surgery to help reduce physical pain and ailments.
• Use of biotensor to test spiritual influences and your level of energy.
• Feel free to bring your crystals along with you to use during the session!
• Each session may be different, depending on what is needed at the time of the session.

How will I feel during the Reiki treatment?

Mindset coaching helps you to go even deeper into the limiting beliefs, mental blocks, and emotional root causes of any imbalances or stagnation in your life.

Reiki is a deeply relaxing and restorative healing treatment. You will feel calm, grounded, and many people fall asleep! The infrared bed is soothing for your nervous system, and Casey provides a calming, safe space for you to fully relax.

While you’re on the Reiki table, Casey will also play peaceful meditative music to help you drop into the deepest state of relaxation. You’ll walk out feeling clearer in your mind, lighter, and more like yourself again.
