‘Reiki & Energy Alchemy: A New Chapter Begins’ describes perfectly where I am in life right now. As I approach my 40th birthday on the 12th of December, I’ve slipped into a reflective space… the kind that makes me look back over my entire life and realise that every twist, turn, challenge, and breakthrough was quietly preparing me for where I’m standing now.

This reflection has birthed something big — my brand-new offering for 2026: Reiki & Energy Alchemy, a deeply transformative combination of Usui and Seichim Reiki, light language, intuitive channeling, spiritual support, and grounded mindset coaching.

This blog is both a celebration of the journey that led me here, and an introduction to the healing evolution I’m so excited to share with you.

From Sensitivity to Spirituality: The Early Years

Growing up as a deeply sensitive child, I often felt like an outsider — trying to fit in while quietly craving solitude, nature, and introspection. Dance became my first great love: ballet, contemporary, latin and ballroom. Movement was my language, long before I ever spoke the language of energy.

At university, studying psychology and HR laid foundations I didn’t yet understand, while discovering yoga introduced me to a deeper and more spiritual side to the world.

Africa, Corporate Life & The First Spiritual Cracks

After university, I spent 2.5 months in Africa — volunteering, hiking in the desert, camping, connecting with the raw pulse of nature. The moment my feet touched down in African soil, a profound sense of déjà vu pulsed through my cells. It felt like a deep remembering.

Corporate HR came next, and while it wasn’t my soul’s home, it taught me valuable lessons about people, structure, and business. Eventually I left to teach yoga full-time — interestingly, still returning to corporate spaces through yoga classes and making wonderful friends along the way. One chapter seamlessly flowing into the next.

Discovering Reiki: The First Major Turning Point

After a breakup and big life changes, I found Reiki — and everything shifted. Completing Reiki Level 2 accelerated my intuitive gifts, and soon after I launched Melbourne Reiki & Wellness.

My business grew rapidly. I moved to Elwood, sessions booked out, and even the COVID years became a period of expansion, allowing me to introduce Distant Reiki and new offerings.

But nothing could have prepared me for what came next: kundalini awakening.

Kundalini Activation: The Lightning Bolt That Changed Everything

Kundalini started rising back in March 2022, but when kundalini fully ignited in April 2023, it dismantled everything — my health, my Reiki clinic, my team, my relationships, my identity. It felt like an endless tower moment.

But it was also (and still is) the most profound metamorphosis of my life.

The divine feminine awakened.
Old versions of me dissolved.
My psychic abilities expanded beyond anything I had known.
Light language began to flow.
Seichim Reiki opened multidimensional sight.

I learned that true energy mastery means understanding, navigating, and eventually fully accepting both the light and dark.

Seeing Beyond the Veil: Reiki, Seichim & Psychic Vision

Traditional Usui Reiki became the foundation — but my intuitive channels quickly expanded beyond its original teachings. I learned through experience (and at times through fire) the reality of:
