In today’s fast-paced world, rest is often overlooked. We push ourselves to meet deadlines, juggle responsibilities, and stay productive – often at the expense of our well-being. Dad used to call me the ‘energizer bunny’! I studied super hard in school (total nerd!), and always had at least three part time jobs on the go. I’ve always been a hustler, but I also enjoyed the work! However, the pattern was always the same. I work super hard…until I burn out, crash and get really sick. At my worst I remember starting my coaching business back around 2013. I was also teaching yoga full time, and dancing semi-professionally. I burned out so badly that I ended up getting very sick, having horrendous gut issues for almost 3 years. At the end of those 3 years, I broke up with my then-boyfriend, stopped performing, and finally took a break.

Energy healing saved me

It was at that time I found energy healing. I still get emotional thinking about it! Within three months I healed completely, and it was honestly incredible! From being so miserable and so sick for three years, to being completely healed within 3 months was nothing short of a miracle. That experience really proved to me the power of energy healing, and was a turning moment in my spiritual journey.
