My personal journey with Reiki & intuition

Before I knew about Reiki, I didn’t really understand what intuition actually was. I was that sensitive kid who loved being out in nature, had recurring dreams, and experienced déjà vu constantly… but I really understand any of it.

It wasn’t until I did Reiki Level 1 that everything started to change. My intuition expanded massively. It started with claircognisance (a deep intuitive knowing) and clairsentience (feeling things in my body) — but after Reiki Level 2, all my psychic senses opened up.

Connecting with Spirit

I could hear spirit, see spiritual beings, and even talk to loved ones who had passed away. I even developed psychic taste! (Yes — that’s a thing!) It felt like a whole previously unseen world opened up before me.

Over time, and with lots of Reiki practice (especially after doing Seichim Reiki 1 and going through a Kundalini awakening) my gifts expanded even further. I started channeling and speaking light language, and eventually began drawing light codes too.

The difference Reiki made in awakening my intuition has been not just astonishing — it’s been life changing. The most beautiful part is that I now trust myself in a way I never had before.

A little note on safety…

While divine guidance can come from many sources — angels, guides, higher self, Universe — it’s important that it comes from the light.

There are lower energies out there, and not everything you pick up intuitively is automatically clean or safe. You don’t need to be scared — but you do need to be discerning. This is another reason Reiki is such a powerful tool.
