JAPAN Part 1: Tokyo
Japan part 1: Tokyo, baby! This incredible place has been on the bucket list for the longest time. Not just because it’s a cool country, with amazing food and culture (although it is). But because Japan is the home of Reiki! Mikau Usui, the founder of Reiki, spent 21 days meditating on Mount Kurama, just north of Kyoto. At the end of the 21 days, he received a spiritual download, attained enlightenment, and received the gift of healing through this powerful energy force, which he called Reiki. For this reason, I could not WAIT to visit Japan.
Booking Japan was an intuitive download
Although Japan has been on the bucket list for a long time, it was actually a last minute trip. Just a couple of months ago, I suddenly got hit with an intuitive feeling – that I must go to Japan, soon! I asked Dad if he would like to join me, and we booked flights very quickly. As soon as the flights were booked, the resistance started…
Energetic resistance
Resistance happens anytime we level up, and it can occur on any level: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. I knew this trip to Japan would be a massive level up spiritually, because of the amount of spiritual and energetic resistance that was hitting me before I left. It was so, so intense! Clients were coming in with the worst of the worst negative entity attachments, spiritual entanglements, and even possessions. Each week I was being massively tested, as these entities would not leave easily. Once cleared from my clients, they would lurk in my house, give me bad psychic attacks while sleeping, and created massive chaos.
Lessons to learn
However bad it was, negative entities are always here to teach us something. I knew they were here to teach me something too, not just my clients. Each of my clients are mirroring aspects of me, so there is never any judgement, only lessons to learn! These particular lessons involved opening up my heart even in the face of fear, shining light on the darkest aspects of the world, humanity and my own shadows. I was learning to stand in my power and claim my energy sovereignty even more strongly, and getting more intentional and specific with my thoughts. And, I was also clearing a ton of generational and ancestral programming that was being triggered and rising to the surface. There was purging a LOT before this trip.
Japan Part 1: Tokyo
We arrived in Tokyo safe and sound. On the plane I was praying to Spirit for support for this trip, and on the bus from the airport to our hotel, I closed my eyes and tuned into the energy of our accommodation in advance. On previous trips, I’ve tried to block my psychic senses to give myself a break, and it’s never worked. This trip however, I made a very conscious decision to bring Reiki with me every step of the way.
House spirits
The first thing I tuned into was a little house spirit!! At first I thought it might have been a Tengu spirit (from Mount Kurama), but upon further inspection, I realised it was actually the house spirit from our hotel room! Sure enough, when we arrived, I honestly have never stayed in a hotel room that was so energetically clean and pure. I was fully prepared to Reiki the space…but there was no need! This house spirit had already taken care of things for us. Thank you!
Guardian angels and the Arcturians
The next morning during self-Reiki and meditation, I noticed a presence immediately. It was Dad’s guardian angel! The angel had red hair, and was surrounded by an intense white light. He was watching over Dad, protecting him. I felt so calm and safe when I saw this beautiful angelic presence. Then all of a sudden I felt my right arm shake…light language burst through so strongly! My whole body started shaking, my visions opened up and I saw this enormous spaceship. I was connecting so strongly to the Arcturians, and they were communicating with me through light codes. The light was intense, and I thought, wow. This is my first day in Japan, and this is the level of energy that is already coming through. What else is to come?
Daily premonitions and visions
Of course it was also the lead up to the Full Moon in Pisces, and Total Lunar Eclipse, so energy is heightened at this time. But my gosh, my psychic abilities were skyrocketing in Japan! I was having daily premonitions of what I would do that day, who I would meet, and the experiences I would have. I had glimpses of a past life I’d had in Japan too, as a Japanese woman. There was a knowing I had been here before, and memories of that lifetime were slowly drifting back to me. It was pretty amazing! I was also having some psychic attacks at night too – not from an external entity, but rather it was my own subconscious mind, revealing areas of my life where I was not yet free. I still had work to do.
Energy in Tokyo
Tokyo is definitely one crazy place! There are so many people, yet the energy is mostly grounded and calm. The culture of Japan is such that there is a lot of respect for the environment and people, and this made a huge difference when in amongst crowded places. We spent time shopping, exploring, and just walking the streets of Tokyo. The food was amazing, the weather was hot and humid, and it was nice to spend quality time with Dad.
Meiji Gardens
We visited the Meiji Gardens Shinto Shrine, which was a welcome break from the crowds of people in Tokyo! The Meiji Jingu Inner Gardens was originally the garden of Lord Kato of Kumamoto. It was passed to other Lords and Shoguns, but during the Meiji Period, Emperor Meiji built several additions as a resting place for Empress Shoken. When we were walking through the tranquil trees and gardens, I finally understood the nature and spirit of the Japanese way. I had a spiritual download come in from the Kodama (tree spirits):
‘Let things be as they are. Everything is beautiful, just as it is. The nature of life is to allow things to flow. Nothing lasts forever, everything is cyclical. Let people come, and let them go. Enjoy each moment as it arrives, then let it go. Hold life like water – lightly. There is beauty everywhere, look at the trees! See the way their trunks are crooked, their branches go everywhere, and their leaves fall. There is beauty in every single human in exactly the same way. Perfection exists if you can see life and nature in everything. There is a harmony, a balance, if we can just sit and listen and observe, without needing to change, hold on, or control. Let things be as they are.’
Mount Fuji
On our last day in Tokyo, we did a day trip to Mount Fuji. The day before there had been a typhoon in Tokyo, with a ton of rain (nothing to do except shop and eat ramen of course!). But this seemingly negative thing was actually a positive. As it turns out, the rain was exactly what was needed to clear the skies. When we went to Mount Fuji, the day was clear, and we had the best view of Fuji the tour operator had seen in over 2 weeks! Fuji was beautiful, and we met some great people on the tour, who we caught up with later in Kyoto. This trip out to Fuji was a breath of fresh air, and it was my first experience with the healing powers of the mountains.
Tokyo to Kyoto on the bullet train
In the lead up to this bullet train trip, I was praying so hard to Spirit and to my spirit team to help us arrive safely! I could feel my energy bubbling underneath. The day we were travelling to Kyoto was Fathers Day, Full Moon in Pisces (Dad is a pisces) and Total Lunar Eclipse. Anything could happen – hence my prayers! Luckily we made it onto the train ok, but I was exhausted from being on edge all morning. I closed my eyes, and as the train rocked gently I felt myself drift to the edge of sleep.
Visitations
Suddenly…I saw mum!!! She was dressed in holiday clothes, with a baggy shirt and white pants. She was waving and smiling at me! There was an intense light around her and behind her, and she looked so relaxed and happy. She was visiting me, to let me know she was with us, helping us and answering my prayers of support for the trip. Just thinking about her spiritual visitation still brings me to tears, it was so, so special.
Japan has more in store for me
My intuition, psychic downloads and spiritual experiences in Tokyo was not what I was expecting, but then again, anything can happen before and during eclipse period! I knew there would be a lot of spiritual energy, because of the amount of resistance I had in the lead up. However, nothing could prepare me for what lay ahead in Kyoto, the home of Reiki…
