The Real Reason People Come to Seichim Reiki
Most people think they want to learn energy healing – but that’s not the real reason people come to Seichim Reiki.
Because the truth is…the foundations of energy healing are already learned in Usui Reiki, particularly in Reiki Level 1 and 2.
That’s where you learn how to hold and channel Reiki energy, work with the body’s energy system and support others in their healing journey (as well as yourself!).
Seichim Reiki doesn’t replace that; it builds on it. Seichim or Sekhmet Reiki introduces a higher, more multidimensional frequency of energy, one that feels subtly different… and yet so incredibly powerful.
So if it’s not just about learning techniques…
What’s really going on?
Something in Their Life Isn’t Working Anymore
People don’t wake up one day and randomly decide to do a Seichim Reiki course.
Something has shifted. What used to feel manageable… no longer does. They might notice they’re more sensitive than they used to be. They’re picking up on other people’s energies and emotions, feeling drained after being around certain people. Perhaps their usual coping strategies just aren’t working anymore.
There’s often a quiet moment where they realise, “I can’t keep living like this.”
And that moment becomes the beginning of something deeper.
They’re Opening… But No One Taught Them How to Handle It
For many people, this phase is connected to a spiritual awakening.
Sometimes it’s gradual. Sometimes it’s intense. For me, it started in a way I didn’t expect.
I went in for what I thought would be a gentle Reiki and Hawaiian massage…But the session I received was anything but gentle. It was powerful, activating, and awakening.
At the time, I didn’t have the language for it, but looking back now, I can see clearly that this was the beginning of my Kundalini awakening. Not only that…it was also my first real connection to Seichim Reiki energy!
The Moment Something Deeper Was Activated
At the end of that session, the healer gave me a sacred invocation to Goddess Sekhmet:
Sa Sekhmet Sahu.
A call to the Egyptian goddess of war, destruction, healing and protection. And when I look back now, that energy mirrors kundalini perfectly. It wasn’t soft, it’s not passive.
It is powerful, transformative, and at times very confronting. I didn’t fully understand what I had been given, but something in me felt it.
So I started using that invocation every single day. For over a year.
The Soul Knows Before the Mind Understands
During that time, something was building.
It felt like a deep internal rumbling, a stirring in the depths of my being. Something I couldn’t explain…but couldn’t ignore either.
Then I met the man who would activate my kundalini in a much more intense way. And everything accelerated.
It was during that initial phase that I felt called to complete my Seichim Reiki Level 1. Not because it “made sense”. But because something in my soul knew.
When the Pieces Started Falling Into Place
Once I completed Seichim Level 1, everything began to click.
My light language activated intensely. I was connecting and channelling higher guidance from divine beings. Messages from my Higher Self were coming through very clearly.
I started receiving deeper realisations about myself, insights into my lineage and ancestors, and visions and memories from past lives. It was like my entire system was upgrading.
And for the first time, things started to make a little more sense. What at first felt overwhelming and confusing, started to feel purposeful. I started to slowly understand the powerful energy that was moving through me.
They’re Not Just Looking for Healing — They’re Looking for Safety
On the surface, people think they’re coming to learn energy healing.
But underneath that, they’re asking:
👉 How do I feel safe in my own energy?
👉 How do I stop absorbing everything around me?
👉 How do I trust what I’m feeling without losing myself?
Because when your sensitivity opens without support, it doesn’t feel like a gift.
It feels like way too much.
They’re Tired of Carrying What Isn’t Theirs
One of the biggest shifts Seichim brings is awareness, but more importantly, clearing. You’ll start to release what isn’t yours in a deeper more effective way. You’ll learn to clear energetic attachments, strengthen your energy field, and even change the frequency of the space or room you are in!
These skills will help you walk through life without absorbing it all, but rather discerning what is yours, and what isn’t.
They’re Ready to Take Their Power Back
This is what it really comes down to. People come to Seichim Reiki when they’re ready to move from overwhelmed, sensitive and doubting themselves, to having much more clarity and feeling more grounded in their own energy.
During the course, you’ll learn how to hold your own energy without leaking it out, how to shift frequencies to support your own energy body, and how to open up your heart in a deeper and more meaningful way.
The Seichim Course pathway
Seichim builds on the foundations of Usui Reiki, which is why Reiki Level 1 and 2 are prerequisites. Those levels develop your capacity to channel and work with energy safely.
Seichim then layers on top of that, expanding your energetic range into a more multidimensional frequency.
There are only two levels:
- Seichim Reiki Level 1
- Seichim Reiki Mastership
Mastership is an advanced pathway and requires you to already be a Reiki Master (which I teach through my 8–12 month mentorship). But for most people…Level 1 is where everything begins. And like all Reiki Courses, Seichim Level 1 is a launching pad – then the exploration and embodiment happens afterwards, in your everyday life.
Integrating the lessons and teachings of Seichim Reiki occurs during the trials and tribulations of life. Because ultimately, that’s the purpose of energy work. Not to be the best healer, but to be a grounded, radiant human being, living a soul-aligned life.
It’s a Soul-Level Call
Seichim Reiki calls you through your heart. It’s very hard to explain in words, but it’s the deeper calling that you can’t name. The feeling that you get, the gentle tingles or goosebumps when you read about Seichim. Or the vague feeling that you already know about Seichim Reiki or Egyptian Reiki.
Most people drawn to Seichim have done this before, in a past life, in some other place or time.
That’s exactly how it was for me. I couldn’t understand it logically. But I didn’t need to – I just needed to experience the feeling and flow of this energy for myself. And that’s when I started to remember all over again, that I’ve been here before, I’ve done this all before. This is just another lifetime, another journey, another experience.
